North Shore West of Thousand Acres was opened in 2003. Phase I is sold out and Phase II was approved in 2008. North Shore West features excellent water depth with the buffer strip boundary quite close to the water for some lots. Central sewage is available. Go straight and continue towards the lakefront. This is North Shoreline Drive. Travel 1 mile, beyond the North Shore East area, to the intersection of Upper Snaggy Mountain Road.
